Received a beautiful gift from a friend, Winchester Model 74. Serial # indicates manuf 1953. Has not been shot since 60's. Upon cleaning found that bullet feed ramp part has been jury rigged with wire because a stud/pin is missing for one of the flip-up arms. Can't find a manual and don't have a part #. Can anyone help?

An Internet search returned several 74 rifle variations along with parts schematics. Try Bing Images search to locate your specific model variation.
