Hammer in safety notch doesn't lock the action
Posted: Mon Aug 03, 2020 12:48 amMy 1913 vintage 16 gauge will drop the hammer when the trigger is pulled even though the hammer is in the safety notch. I can also cycle the action when it's in that position. Obviously, something is worn and needs to be replaced. What should I check?
