I was trying to find out why this one is so different than my other one. Was there a lot of the take down models ? Other odd thing is it has steel followers, all steel inside including lift, unmarked oct. barrel. Can't seem to find much info. Is this one odd or common ? Thanks Image

The Winchester 1873 in .22Rimfire was introduced in 1884 and discontinued in 1904...it's drawback being it's diminutive chambering when most people during that era preferred larger calibers. Only a little more than 19,000 of all types were sold during that period.

My own pricing book makes no mention of the take-down model...so they seem to be rare.

Using the NRA grading system...prices for non-takedown models are as follows:

EXE........VERY GOOD....GOOD.....FAIR.......POOR
$8000........$6500........$3000....$1700......$750

Hope that helps...
