Winchester 73' 44-40

Although my 73' is a replica, it is still Winchester's design. Thus, much credit to it's accuracy comes from the original designers.

A while back I put a 6x Malcom scope on my 73'. The scope is zeroed in at 200 Yards. This is nice but the correct POA needs to be found at other Ranges in order to be effective at other than 200 yards.

Looks like you had some fun. Nice shooting. I’m wanting to do some shooting myself but it’s been too hot and humid down here in GA for this old fat man to spend a few hours under the sun in the cow pasture.

None with mouse farts, some with Winchester Super-X hunting loads. Noticeable with 1,350fps loads, kicks with HV loads (Marlin) and hurts with high pressure loads (Marlin)
