The .17 Super Magnum is based on the .27 nail gun cartridge necked down of course.
Would anyone, other them myself, like to see Winchester come out with a .27 rimfire?
I think I would be a dandy revolver and lever gun cartridge. Load it with 75 and 90 grain FN bullets and drive it around 1750fps. Oh, this would be a great single shot cartridge!
Anyone else want one?
