I'm new to the forum thank for adding me.
I have a new mod 70 in 264 win mag, ever since new I'm getting light primer strikes. Should I send it back? Or should I just replace the firing pin spring?
Some one told me even though it was new, it's old stock NOT made by FN. How would I tell?

Welcome to this group, participate and enjoy. For the light firing pin try cleaning the bolt call Winchester and they would also be able to tell you who made the rifle. Also a serial number would help.
Too old to be nice, never too old to learn!
