Inherited this 1899 model 94 from my gramps a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately it's been cut down to be a carbine and reblued it had pop up tang peep sight but when it came back from being blued the sight was missing. The butt stock has a patch as is beat up a bit. With all the work done I'm sure the money value isn't much but it's got a great amount of sedimental value to me. It is a solid shooting gun I was amazed how accurate it still is.

My grandfather gave me his 94 and I can assure you the sentimental value outweighs the monetary value. Nice looking rifle!

I'd rather have a good looking gun that I Can take out and shoot then a good looking gun I can only look at any day. I just wish my gramps was hear to give me the gun himself
