Model 88 from the good old days
Posted: Wed Dec 21, 2011 1:24 amI also inherited this beautiful model 88 with a 4 digit serial number. I could say that I actually got it back. I bought it for my Dad as a retirement present. He hunted with it one year then went back to his model 100.
Same scope and set up as his model 70. Ironsighter mounts and a Weaver 2-7x with post/crosshair reticle. The gun was virtually unfired when I acquired it- never had a scope on it. Its still in fantastic condition- and its another great shooter.
