Here is my old Winchester. It's a 100 years old. Still fires and functions like the day it was made.

50 yard groups with 170gr bullets. Not bad for a 100 year old rifle.

I love seeing pictures of Winchester firearms that are a century old and still work as good as the day they left the Winchester. Is that still the original finish? The photograph of North West Canada is gorgeous! Did you take that one as well?

Yes that is the original finish, all original untouched. I went to the local gun shop to have the screw tightened for one cartridge guide. Works even smoother now. A few people there came up to me and, asked me if I was selling it. I get that all the time. They say it's worth $900- $1,000. Yes I took that photo of North West Canada myself. I work in forestry. I get to work and, play in the most remote places in North Canada. |
Awesome pics Pilgrim !!
