Does anyone hunt with a 20 ga SXP Defender?
What game might be reasonably and humanely taken with it?

Welcome Rick, where do you call home? In answer to your question I'd say any thing that flies plus rabbit and squirrels and maybe deer under the right conditions.

Didn't see this. Sorry.
St Augustine is home. I have family in the Ocala National Forrest and South Georgia.
I'm concerned because of the 18.5" barrel, but mostly the cylinder bore.

As I said above, and you probably can get another barrel with screw in choke tubes.
