Recoil minimization & cycling speed maximization?

Hello,
I have watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1TGOU8DIPY

The guy presenting the proper shooting technique, spoke about dynamic tension, when holding the shotgun and before firing. Dynamic tension, according to him is #1. Pushing the forestock forward and at the same time pulling the buttstock back.

However, some people claim that the SXP should not be held this way. That is because you miss the fast cycling, when you push the forestock forward.

So my question is how an SXP should be held/operated? How should dynamic tension be enforced to the shotgun? Recoil minimization & cycling speed maximization?

Please advise and reply with videos or text.
Thank you,
Askalot.

Welcome to the forum.

I will defer your question to the SXP experts here...
