Just joined the forum, did'nt know it existed till I did a Google search! Hello everyone. Please pardon me
if this subject has been covered in previous posts. A search did'nt turn up anything for me.
I have a "Rifleman's Rifle" Model 1892 on the way. It is in good tight shape. It is a shooter, not just a wall hanger. I would like to know what would be the best current produced ammo to use in it. Some of the Cowboy Ammo went from 700 ft per second to over 1200 feet per second. Almost all of it had 200 gr. lead.
Does anyone with first hand knowledge have a recommendation of name brands?
Thanks to anyone who can help me out. Also the best online place to purchase would be helpful as well.

Sorry for the delayed response, I'd try Midway, Black Dog, or Graff.
Old Duce might know as well. Too old to be nice, never too old to learn!
