Is this a Model 94 stock?

I recently purchased a model 94 of 1959 vintage. I fear that the stock is not original or maybe not even intended for the 94. You will see in the photos that the front and bottom of the stock don't mate properly with the receiver.

Can anybody tell me what I have here?

Thanks, RT0404

Could be either a stock for a different series 94 or the tangs were bent at some point

I hadn’t considered bent tangs. My next move will be to compare my stock to a proper fitting model 94. Thanks for your input!

I'd say it's most definitely bent...
Does the butt stock show damage to the toe (front)?
Take the stock off and you should be able to see any viable torquing (bending) of the upper and lower tangs.
