38-55 brass remains a backup plan for me. I have seen alot of mixed opinions on whether Starline 38-55 brass can be safely loaded to 357 pressures. One such example a member on another shooting forum brought to our attention is the Buffalo Bore factory 38-55 Heavy loads. https://www.buffalobore.com/index.php?l ... tail&p=159 (See the in depth write up below the description..interesting)
Another option that is looking pretty good is a small company that resizes virgin 30-30 brass to 375 specs. They do not fire form it, they do it with dies I suppose. I see quite a few positive reviews made by customer on that page who state they are running them right up to 375 pressure with no issues... When I get low on my 375 brass, I will probably give those a try if the 375 brass persists in being scarce and spendy... I would work up in stages of course.
Anyhow, I really like the 375 Winchester cartridge and the potential it brings to the table for the m94. Actually, I find all of the Big Bore cartridges to be very interesting and desirable....Just ahead of their time by about 20 years it would seem... It's really unfortunate they didn't gain in popularity as hoped

People need to get a Shell maker to do a run of the .375 Brass!!! Like the 32-40 brass they are saying a reform from 30-30 brass! I had bought bags of winchester new brass 25 years ago and was looking tonight and still had 30 some New 32-40
