Model 1200 lock up

I have an early, '66 or so, 12 gauge Model 1200 that comes out of battery way to quickly after firing a shot. I notice after the second shot at skeet or sporting clays the fore end is in the fully retracted position without any felt participation on my part. I have the guns little brother in 20 gauge and it doesn't do this. I've tried different barrels and have the same issue. I'm left with the probability of worn breech bolt cam lugs. Any other ideas before I replace said breech bolt?

Yes, yes, yes. There is a broken slide in your receiver. It is cheap and EASY to replace. Then your lockup will be fixed. IDK the part number or name, but it is a flat plate that slides on top of the receiver. Get the shotgun Users Manual from the Net. Look at a part diagram. You'll find it. Order one.
Here is how mine warped a copper rim. https://i.postimg.cc/d333WQfd/END_[200x249].jpg https://i.postimg.cc/nrWzNb8W/END2_[200x214].jpg https://i.postimg.cc/pVcpm89B/SIDE_[200x189].jpg If it was easy, anybody could do it.
