Hello everyone,
My name is Glen Whipkins. I am new to the Winchester Owners Forum and just joined the Winchester Collectors group. I am a gun dealer and have been moving my dealing from everyday firearms into offering finer winchester guns for sale. I have several pre-64 model 70's, a 21, several xtr featherweights, 1894 rifle and eastern carbine, pre angle eject model 94's, 61's, 62A's, 63's, etc. the list changes all the time. My favorite caliber is the 284 winchester and I own a model 88 and 100. I posted about using a pre-64 model 70 action and building a custom rifle chambered in 284. Besides dealing in firearms my wife and I also own a property development business which buys and sells hunting land and we are currently venturing into building some new lakefront houses on the lake of the ozarks. I have 3 kids all of which enjoy shooting and hunting, my youngest is 8 and shot his first deer this year. Looking forward to reading the forum and getting to know everyone.

Welcome and looking forward to some posts on older Winchesters like some of your collection. A lot of posting on newer guns but not much on the older models.

No better way to build a nice collection than being a dealer. Keep what you can't live without, sell the others.
