Somehow, I’ve managed to shoot and reload for over 20 years without owning a single Winchester. I intend to correct this deficiency soon with a Model 70.
Hoping to learn from the experience here.

Welcome EJT, I'm new to this forum as well.
Even though I've never owned a Model 70, there are plenty of folks here who should be able to answer any and all questions about the 70.
