New Member from Nebraska - WH Lyman ?

I have a Pre-64 Model 70 Target .243 caliber with a vintage Lyman scope but wonder if a Lyman WH peep sight is designed for this rifle. I have observed Lyman WCJ peep sights posted on Ebay for sale that portray this model of peep sight is for the Model 70.
Is the WH designation meant to distinguish "Winchester" and "Heavy" barrel or "bull barrel" - type/grade rifles? Just want to be sure if I'm investing $$ in this rifle.
