Hi Folks. I'm not new to Winchesters, but new to this forum.
P.S.
Lovely and warm down at the roaring 40's, might go for a swim in the river this afternoon :D

Welcome mate, youre making us jealous with stories of summer. I flew my microlight this morning, rode my motorcycle this afternoon and just got back from shooting my M61 (in the snow).

Cheers mate

Thanks 44, I thought I'd introduce myself in a friendly fashion LOL.
My Sister in Law and her USA Husband are returning to Montana tomorrow !!!!!! They must be mad.
Our good weather should hold for a few more months, if the weather behaves until Easter then it's been a good summer, after that.... despair.

Thank you all.
There does appear to be an unsettling inference that I'm Australian
Go a bit more to the south and then to the east :D

Hi 44,
I did respond on the day but it doesn't appear to have stuck, sorry must have hit the wrong button.
Good call, Dominion Bitter is good brew, our local is named Tui after a big fat song bird.
I'm born and bred blue collar, pasties are a bit posh (Big city café food), us workers eat Meat Pies.
No I'm not a farmer so don't live on a station.
We do have a 300,000 acre forest park running down one side of our valley with plenty of access points.
I'm just about to take the dogs and myself into the bush for our morning walk and listen to the Tui's.
