Hello All
I've acquired a well used and modified M70 in 270. I'll be using it for target shooting and maybe coyote elimination.
I am curious of its origins and modifications. I'll post up in the model 70 subforum with lots of pictures
Thanks to the people keeping this forum going.

Welcome !
Having looked at those pictures , the bolt is reminiscent of a Japanese Arisaka with the flat handle and the end shroud not sure of the rest. It is similar to a push feed 70 also, so I am of no help but I will look farther.
Too old to be nice, never too old to learn!
