Picked this up last August. The old Mother of Pearl stocks are what really drew my attention. What caused me to buy it was the condition of a 100 year old revolver. !913 Colt Police Positive in 38 Police (38 S&W). 4" barrel, original finish, has the seldom seen stylized "C" around the rampant colt. The stocks are thick and heavier than I thought they would be, very old, a few age cracks but beautiful even if they are not Colt OEM. The action and lockwork is smoother and nicer than any Python I've ever owned. And it is a fine shooter with factory or hand loaded ammunition.
