Take the Trapper, shorten the straight grip stock to a quick-handling 12½" length of pull, and you have one slick, fast-cycling rifle. The new Trapper Compact is most suitable for smaller-framed shooters. The barrel is 16" long, making it easy to carry and maneuver through heavy cover. It’s easy to pack along just about anywhere. The two-position, top-tang safety is easy to see and operate. Chambered in 357 Mag. with a rubber buttpad for comfortable recoil. A saddle ring and hammer spur extension are included and it’s drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
