I have a Model 12-20 made in 1942. It is in "ok" condition... some blueing issues and the varnish on the stock is rippled.
I'm trying to get some idea what this gun is worth. I'm not counting on much, just curious....
looking for info on Model 12-20

Actually, your model 12 looks very good. I have a 1940 12 ga 97 takedown.

Looking at your 20 I'd say it's all there but has been used (like it should be). That said, the blue is very worn by a lefty and the handling (take-down) by whoever was a bit rough, we collectors call them "idiot marks". Pitting on the right side and the lifting varnish on the whole stock doesn't help it much either. A 95% gun + will bring around $600 on a good day. So I ask, where do you see yours as %, and what do you think its worth to you?
