Hello everyone, My name is Steve (sdb321) and I'm new to just about everything firearms related. I'm 65 years young , retired 10 years, and been making up for lost time.
In the last year I have gotten a handgun permit, purchased three handguns (two S&W j frames and a S&W 686), started reloading, and last week I bought a Winchester model 94 AE. Like the "Smiths" the 94 won't be my last. Looking forward to learning about the wonderful world of Winchester!!!!

Today I stopped into my local gun shop to pick up my "94". I didn't give it a good look last week, what a beauty. It's a Ranger(D.O.M. late1992- early 1993). Chambered for .30-30. Really tight. Good buy for $560.00. The owner said I was smart to buy it last week, so far this week he has had five guys asking for Winchester .30-30's. When he told me the price I couldn't get my money out fast enough!!!!! When I left I told him to keep a eye out for a "73". I HAVE BEEN BITTEN!!!! sdb321
