Hello and greetings from Finland! As a new happy (nearly, as I wait for the license to buy) owner of a Winchester 65 in caliber 25-20wcf i wanted to join a forum with people that like the Winchester guns. During the years I have bought some rifles of this brand and I like them. Especially the old ones. There is already a 52 made in 1926 on the rack and a 94 (.44) made 1975 plus a 70 (.458) from 1976 as companions. I have planned to use the 65 in the woods this autumn with my dog (Lapland dog) who seems to find the birds very well. Intend to load all my ammunition at home as I have time now after retiring from active military service.

Thank You Motormadmarc! Got the rifle today and did a fast research on it. Seems to be made in 1936.
Despite a slight rain, I have to try it out on my 200m shooting range at by backyard.
