Hey guys, new to the forum and to owning my first Winchester model 70. As I stated, I recently just bought a slightly used 300 wsm model 70. I am sure it is post 64 and it appears to be a sporter model because it does not have the traditional model 70 stock. Mine has a lamited wood finish and the bolt is the pre 64 style bolt. I would like to know if anyone on this forum could tell me what year it was made in. Serial# is G3662xx. Thanks, Jeff
