Maybe you have access to information on a barrel I bought. It is an Olin Winchester barrel, not USRA but probably dates to just before the turnover in the late 70's-early 80's. It is a finished barrel, 26" half round/half octagon, angle eject, 38-55. It screwed into and head spaced perfectly to a late M94 standard receiver with the cross bolt safety. The barrel is inscribed "One of One Thousand" on the top flat just fwd of the receiver.
I had the rifle built to my specs, beautiful cast bullet shooter. Do you have any information. I can post pics of the rifle and maybe the barrel markings.

5 pics, not great. The barrel was machined to be fitted with a full magazine. I wanted a button magazine so the dovetail under the barrel for the magazine support was fitted with a sling swivel eye; probably will never be used as such but it looks better than a blank would. The tang sight is a Lyman #2, inexpensive but very attractive and works as good it looks. The stock is original to the 30-30, the for end is after market but looks good. I like the for end cap, looks better than a band.

I see your barrel is marked AE, so my best guess is that it was produced sometime after 1982 when angle eject was introduced.
